This is an island full of surprises and the one that receives most tourists each year, including film, fashion and sport celebrities as well as royal families. There must be a reason. The north coast is wild and hidden, with lovely spots such as Andratx, Valldemossa, Deia and Soller. The south offers long sandy beaches, such as Es Trenc, a pure oasis of white sand. Even around Palma, the capital, you may find some sandy spots to relax. There are 20 golf courses throughout the island. Once in Majorca you must not fail to try two typical products: the ensaimada and the sobrasada.
